The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They provided me with valuable information about things to do in the area, which was very helpful. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. the location was also very convenient as it was close to shops and restaurants. the price was reasonable which was a plus.
The staff seemed uninterested in their job and didn't bother to greet guests properly. the rooms were not soundproof and the noise from nearby construction woke us up early in the morning.

Beautiful Victorian architecture and spacious rooms made for a cozy atmosphere, which was especially enjoyable after long days of exploring the city. The continental breakfast offered a simple start to each morning, with the added bonus of it being included in the price. the friendly demeanor of the on-site staff made interactions memorable.
While the overall look of the hotel was charming, the lack of maintenance was off-putting at times. The exterior wasn't well-kept, with overgrown plants and unseemly parking.
